In Zoe's defense, she actually had a good reason to be in her office today, although that didn't stop her from dealing with paperwork while she waited for Fiona. Today, "dealing with paperwork" meant taking all the pamphlets and files she didn't need anymore and giving them to Grace. Each piece of paper ended up in enough separate pieces that it was almost like having a real shredder.
