The Arms Hotel, John and Zoe's Room, Late Saturday Morning

Both Zoe and John had decided that today would be a good day to start looking for a new place to live. Zoe had a map of the island spread across the table, and was currently bent over it (as much as she could be, at least), making notes to herself, blissfully oblivious to anything else that might have been going on.

"Yeah. We want more than cereal, and Alec was supposed to get us milk, but he was slow, and Principal Zoe can come to if you want her to," Sam babbled.

Zoe smirked at all three of them. "This happened last year around this time," she said. "The students almost all turned into kids. It's very entertaining, to say the least."

"One would think that kind of thing might be mentioned in the promotional material," John said dryly over Sammy's head.

"Well, I didn't think it would happen again, or I would have said something," Zoe replied.

"Even when it happened to us?" John asked with a faint smile. At least this time he was remaining himself.

Dean was patient normally, but he was hungry and Sammy would start whining any moment now if they didn't start heading towards food.

He tugged at his father's arm. "Dad, can we go now? Please?"

"I wasn't expecting it to happen to the students again. Now I know better," Zoe said, laughing softly. "I think you'd better take the boys and get them fed before they waste away to nothing."

"Yeah," Dean said, tugging on his father's arm again. "You know how Sammy gets if he doesn't get fed."

John did indeed remember and the memories had him getting to his feet quickly. "All right." He looked at Zoe. "Do you want to come with us?"

"I suppose that would keep you from being outnumbered, wouldn't it?" Zoe said. "And I'm certainly in no state to turn down another chance at breakfast."

"Yay," Dean said, letting go of his father's arm to grab Principal Zoe's hand instead. "I bet they have apple pie at the diner, Principal Zoe. Most diners do."

"Oooh, now you've really sold me," she said, smiling. "And you boys can just call me Zoe, it's okay."
