Zoe's Office Hours - February 28

Zoe is in her office - her new, bigger, and brighter office, that is. She's attempting to get everything set up the way she wants it (a task made more difficult by the general disarray in which the principal's office was left), but she's available if anyone needs to talk to her.

D'anna knocks on the door to the dean Principal's office and waits.

"Come in," Zoe says, glancing at the door.

[ooc: today is perfect! I just might be a little slow b/c I'm sneaking on from my comp. class]

"Hi, Principal Walsh?" D'anna smiles brightly as she enters and holds out her hand. I will not think of Spy!Dean-Principal Bristow. I will not think of... "I'm D'anna Biers, one of the juniors. I've been away for a time and would like to discuss re-enrollment with you, if that's possible."

"Ah, Miss Biers. I'd heard that you returned to us. Welcome back." Zoe smiles and shakes her hand. "Have a seat if you can find one. I take it that you're here because you want to re-enroll, and not to tell me that you don't?"

"Thank you, Ma'am." D'anna looks around nervously, and spotting a chair, removes flotsam from it, and takes a seat. "Yes Ma'am. I've heard that there's been a number of staffing changes but I am very interesting in continuing with my photojournalism studies if the new professor will have me. If the school will still have me, that is."

Biting back a comment about the most recent staffing changes, Zoe simply nods, leaning against her desk. "As far as I know, Ms. Skeeter doesn't offer a specific class concerning photojournalism, but you're more than welcome to speak to her to see if she has a place for you."

She gives D'anna what she hopes is a reassuring look. "The administration here would be foolish if we didn't understand that our students don't exactly have normal schedules, or normal lives. Do you think you can do the work required to get yourself caught up?"

"Yes ma'am, I do." D'anna bites her lip a bit for a moment then adds, "I'd like to try at least."

"Well then, it wouldn't be very nice of us to keep you from trying, now would it?" Zoe nods solemnly. "If you can find three teachers to let you into their classes, and get caught up, then I don't think there'll be much of a problem."
